Cruise Line Pleased with Communitys Response
Jacksonville, FL - Celebrity Cruises, which will offer the industrys first cruises from Jacksonville from October 2003 through April 2004, announced today that the cruise line will return to Jacksonville to present another series of cruises from October 2004 through April 2005. Celebrity officials cited the Jacksonville communitys enthusiasm for its service as a key reason for its decision to offer a second series of cruises to the Southern and Western Caribbean. Celebrity Cruises' Horizon to Set Sail From Tampa
MIAMI, Oct. 31 -- Celebrity Cruises' Horizon will make its first sailing from the Port of Tampa's new Cruise Terminal 3 this Sunday, November 3. Celebrity's 1,354-guest Horizon will embark on 23 seven-night Western Caribbean sailings from Tampa every Sunday from November 3, 2002, through April 6, 2003, calling on Key West, Florida; Costa Maya, Mexico; Cozumel, Mexico; and Georgetown, Grand Cayman. Celebrity Cruises officials said that the line's return to Tampa was inspired by positive guest response to its first cruises from Tampa last year, on Horizon's sister ship, Zenith. Celebrity Cruises Presents New California, Mexican Riviera Cruises
MIAMI, Oct. 1 -- Celebrity Cruises makes "California dreamin'" a reality in 2003, introducing the line's first series of 7- to 11-night cruises along the California coast and the Mexican Riviera on the 1,870-guest Mercury. Celebrity's first cruise along the California coast departs round-trip from San Francisco on September 28, 2003, with ports of call in Monterey, Santa Barbara and San Diego, California; Ensenada, Mexico; and Catalina Island, California.
