Itinerary Alterations
September 5, 2007
Carnival Cruise
Lines
Due to the impact from the two
recent storms, we made some itinerary changes in order to provide
our guests with an enjoyable shore experience, while operating these
ships in the safest and most comfortable conditions possible.
- Carnival Imagination
September 1 departure - The ship will visit Cozumel and
Freeport, Bahamas.
- Carnival Liberty September 1
departure - The ship will visit Cozumel, Nassau and Grand
Turk.
- Carnival Legend September 2
departure - The ship will visit Key West, Grand Turk, Ocho
Rios and Grand Cayman.
- Carnival Valor September 2
departure - The ship will visit Nassau, Grand Turk and Ocho
Rios.
- Carnival Pride September 2
departure - The ship will visit Catalina, San Diego and
Ensenada.
- Carnival Elation September 3
departure - The ship will visit Ensenada and Cabo San Lucas.
All of the other Carnival ships are
operating their scheduled itineraries. We
want to sincerely thank our guests for choosing Carnival for their
vacation. The entire Carnival team will do everything possible to
provide a great cruise experience.
Royal Caribbean International
Given Hurricane Felix's
disruption in the Caribbean and Central America, Royal Caribbean
altered the itineraries of two ships.
- Enchantment of the Seas,
which departed Port Everglades Saturday, September 1, is sailing
a modified itinerary with a port call to Nassau, Bahamas, today,
instead of its originally scheduled visit to George Town, Grand
Cayman. Enchantment of the Seas will return to Port Everglades
as scheduled Thursday.
- Rhapsody of the Seas,
which departed the Port of Galveston Sunday, September 2, sailed
a modified itinerary with a port call to Key West, Florida,
yesterday, instead of Montego Bay, Jamaica. Rhapsody of the Seas
continues its itinerary as scheduled, with calls to Cartagena,
Colombia; through the Panama Canal; Punta Arenas, Costa Rica;
Huatulco, Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas and concluding at Ensenada,
Mexico.
At this time, no other Royal
Caribbean ships are being adversely impacted by tropical weather.
This is the last Tropical Update in connection with Hurricane Felix.
