Crystal Harmony guests can purchase some of the most distinctive items used on the ship. In the gift shop, the “Home Collection” includes porcelain tableware designed by French artist Guy Buffet. 

Before leaving home, each Crystal Harmony passenger receives a personal email address to leave with family, friends, or business associates. 

 “Garden design” porcelain show plates by Villeroy & Boch are used in Prego, Crystal Harmony’s alternative Italian restaurant. 

Crystal Harmony has a full promenade deck for walking and jogging.

Crystal Harmony has complimentary self-service launderettes as well as complete laundry, dry cleaning, and valet services. 

Ambassador Hosts on Crystal Harmony are carefully screened gentlemen with interests similar to female passengers. Each host is cultured, well traveled, and an accomplished ballroom dancer.

More than half of Crystal Harmony’s staterooms have large private verandahs. 

The Crystal Harmony’s 277-seat Hollywood Theatre features state-of-the-art audio-visual and translation equipment that may be used for meetings. The theatre also has a special hearing-impaired system. 

Crystal Harmony passengers enjoy Japanese cuisine in sophisticated Kyoto specialty restaurant. 

Crystal Harmony chefs are professionally trained in the skills of classic French cooking.
