Radisson Seven Seas Cruises

Gold Points Rewards Passenger Benefits

Gold Points is not a past passengers club per se as anyone may enroll. Radisson passengers earn up to 10 Gold Points for every dollar they spend on Radisson Seven Seas cruises. Gold Points may be earned and redeemed at Radisson and other hotel partners, restaurants, rental car companies, and other participating partners. Enroll through the Radisson Seven Seas Cruises web site to begin accumulating points.

Terms and conditions are as follows:

The Seven Seas Gold Points Rewards member must inform the travel agent or RSSC that they are member of Gold Points and provide their membership number 14 days prior to date of sailing. Guests that are Gold Points members at the time of sailing and would like to claim Gold Points after the fact must do so in writing within 30 days of the end of the cruise or forfeit the Gold Points. Requests should be sent to: RSSC, Attn: Manager, Guest Relations, 600 Corporate Drive, Suite 410, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334.

Certain promotions may alter the points available for issue in conjunction with the promotion. Some promotions may have bonus points and some promotions may not be combined with point accumulation. Radisson Seven Seas Cruises may alter the points awarded at any time and without notice.

1.  Radisson Sevens Seas Cruises' Seven Seas Gold Points RewardsSM program is effective on November 1, 2000. Only cruises with a cruise departure date after November 1, 2000 are eligible for Gold Points®. Only cruises purchased in the United States or Canada are eligible for Gold Points.

2.  Gold Points are available on qualifying purchases at participating retail and/or service locations ("Gold Point partners"). You must present your Gold Points card or account number at the time of purchase to receive Gold Points. The purchase requirements and terms of issuance of Gold Points may vary from one Gold Points partner to another. Gold Points Corporation is not responsible for services or products provided by Gold Points partners.

3.  All Radisson Seven Seas Cruises' published rates are eligible for Gold Points with the exception of negotiated net rates; Radisson employee rates; travel agent/industry rates; charter and incentive rates; as well as certain promotions that specifically exclude Gold Points.

4.   Each member will be awarded the appropriate points based on the cruise portion of the fare paid. This is the cruise fare less any applicable discounts, net of air and hotel credit, if any. Points will not be awarded for other package items including, but not limited to, air add-ons, airline upgrades, pre and/or post hotel packages, onboard purchases, port charges, transfers, shore excursions, insurance, and cancellation fees. Issuance of points will occur within 6 weeks after sailing. Points for international members, if available, will be based on the US dollar equivalent of the cruise fare as described above at the corporate rate of exchange applied to the sailing.

5.  Gold Points are earned per person, not per booking. The points issued will be based on the cruise portion of the fare for each guest as calculated on the invoice.

6.  Points and rewards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of points or other rewards is the responsibility of the member.

7.  All Radisson Seven Seas Cruises' vessels participate in the Seven Seas Gold Points Rewards program. On the Hanseatic, only sailings marketed and sold by Radisson Seven Seas Cruises are eligible for Seven Seas Gold Points Rewards.

8.  No purchase is necessary to get a Seven Seas Gold Points Rewards card.

9.  Your Gold Points card must be enrolled, by your completion of an enrollment application or through Gold Points Customer Service, to redeem your points. Name changes must be made in writing and include supporting legal documentation, signature, date, and member account number. Send information for name changes to Gold Points Corporation, P.O. Box 59159, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55459-8270.

10. Gold Points Corporation ("Licensor") reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Gold Points Rewards program, to add and delete Gold Points partners, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the Gold Points Rewards program rules, regulations, terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards, and reward levels without prior notice at any time and from time to time.

11. Gold Points can be transferred to another Gold Points account if:

·   Both cards have been enrolled, and

·   The transfer is between members in the same household (having the same principal residence), and

·    A written authorization to transfer points is signed by both parties and sent to Gold Points Customer Service at: Gold Points Corporation, P.O. Box 59159, Minneapolis, MN 55459-8270

Once the written authorization is received and processed, the transferor relinquishes all rights to the transferred points.

12. Gold Points may be transferred only as permitted above or to a non-profit organization which the Licensor, at its sole discretion, has authorized to become enrolled in the Gold Points SHARESM program.

13. Non-profit organizations must provide a Certificate of Exempt Status to be considered for participation in the SHARE program.

14. The Seven Seas Gold Points Rewards or Gold Points Rewards Card is the property of the Licensor, to whom it must be returned upon request. It is non-transferable. Gold Points are not sold to merchants, savers or any other persons, the title thereto being expressly reserved at all times in the Licensor. The only right a Gold Points cardholder acquires in Gold Points is to surrender them for redemption. Gold Points may not be transferred, except as provided above, without the Licensor's written consent. In case of any other transfer, the Licensor reserves the right to invalidate them and/or to reject or restrain their use by, and/or to take them from, the transferee.

15. Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules, Gold Points have no cash value. In certain jurisdictions, where required by law, 750 Gold Points would be deemed to have a cash value not exceeding one twentieth of one cent.

16. Licensor reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges or void or correct a member's point balance if points therein are issued, received or redeemed through fraud or theft or otherwise illegally, in error, or not as authorized in these Terms and Conditions or in other current Gold Points Rewards program rules. These rights are in addition to any other legal or equitable remedy which may be available to the Licensor under applicable law.

17. Certain states/provinces/countries may have additional restrictions and/or may be void if prohibited by law. Payment of all taxes applicable to Gold Points Rewards and disclosure to the appropriate government authorities are the responsibility of the member.

18. The awarding of Gold Points and the redemption of Seven Seas Gold Points Rewards certificates are void where prohibited by law.
