UPDATED: September 14, 2001 1:30 pm EDT- Hurricane Gabrielle
Regal Cruises' Headquarters Office located in Port Manatee is temporarily closed due to Hurricane Gabrielle making landfall this morning. Our office will resume normal operations as soon as Port Manatee is cleared to open all facilities (including Regal Cruises' Headquarters Office) within the port.

First and foremost, Regal Cruises wishes to extend our deepest and heartfelt sympathy to all persons who have been affected by the acts of terrorism on the East Coast of the United States this week. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the many families and individuals who have been affected by this national tragedy.

September 14, 2001 2-Night Cruise & September 16, 2001 12-Night Cruise Information

Due to the Port Authorities closure of the New York City passenger terminal,
The Regal Empress will temporarily use the Tioga Terminal, Philadelphia (located at 3451 N. Delaware Avenue) for the 2-Night cruise departure on September 14, 2001and 12-Night cruise departure on September 16, 2001.

2-Night Cruise Departure - September 14, 2001

Regal Cruises has confirmed round trip bus transportation from the following pick-up points to the Tioga Terminal in Philadelphia:

New York City Post Office located on 8th Avenue and 31st Street Front Entrance Or Newark Airport Hilton located at 1170 Spring St, Newark, N.J.
Front Entrance Or 500 Veterans Memorial Drive, Pearl River, NY Or Hilton Melville, Long Island, NY located at 598 Broad Hollow Road

Pick-Up Time at all locations: 5:00PM

Bus Transportation Company: DELUXE TRANSPORTATION
All Buses will display "Regal Cruises" signage in one or more windows to assist you with proper identification.

12-Night Cruise Departure - September 16, 2001:

Bus Transportation will be provided from the New York and Newark areas for the 12-Night Fall Foliage Cruise departing on September 16, 2001 from the Port of Philadelphia, Tioga Terminal. Pick up locations are as follows: 

New York City Post Office located on 8th Avenue and 31st Street Front Entrance Or Newark Airport Hilton located at 1170 Spring St, Newark, N.J. Front Entrance Or Hilton Melville, Long Island, NY located at 598 Broad Hollow Road

Pick-Up Time at all locations: 12:00PM

Bus Transportation Company: DELUXE TRANSPORTATION
All Buses will display "Regal Cruises" signage in one or more windows to assist you with proper identification.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THE SHIP WILL RETURN TO THE PORT OF NEW YORK AT THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED TIME ON SEPTEMBER 28, 2001. BUS TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOUR ORIGINIAL PICK-UP LOCATION.

If any of our travelers would like to drive to the Port of Philadelphia in lieu of taking the provided transportation on the 2-Night cruise to Nowhere ONLY, Regal Cruises will pay for all parking fees. Please identify yourself as a Regal Cruises Passenger departing on the September 14, 2001, 2-Night cruise to Nowhere and the Port Representatives will direct you to the proper parking facility.
